The open floor plan of Mariposa del Mar is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with your family and friends. This large tropical villa sits on a bluff overlooking the sparkling Caribbean.
Living Area
The large living room/dining room area has three double sliding glass doors overlooking the pool area and a magnificent view. Complete with luxurious furnishings, large dining table, entertainment center and powder room; it has everything you need.
Mariposa del Mar comes equipped with satellite television, wi-fi, a stereo system with iPod connection and DVD player. A small library of contemporary novels and an eclectic collection of music CDs are available for guests.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an ice-maker and dishwasher.
The villa features a covered outside dinning area set by a lush garden pond.
A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and dressing areas. All three bedrooms are air conditioned
The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, a luxurious soaking tub and large shower.

Each bedroom suite offers an oversized walk-in shower.
Staff
For your security and assistance, there is a live-in caretaker on the grounds as well as two overnight security guards. Security is provided 24/7.
Maid and personal laundry service is provided three times a week. Additional Maid Service $30 per day.
Other staff available on call are a chauffeur, chef, boat captain, and masseuse

A covered entertainment area next to the pool has a thatch covered bar with a stainless steel gas barbecue and bar fridge.

A stairway leads down to the Mariposa private dock. Ideal for snorkeling, swimming and launching the kayaks. Our boat, the Shaya Manzi will pick you up here for your boat charters.
Kayaks, snorkel gear, bags of ice, coolers, beach towels and more are included at no extra charge.
A 40 KW generator is on-site but well away from the villa for use during power outages.
