Have a large group? Or does you group just want a little more space? The Guava Suite is available as an add-on to Fuego del Mar or Mariposa del Mar.
Fuego Del Mar is situated on a four acre waterfront estate on the unspoiled north shore, on a bluff overlooking the turquoise-blue waters of the lagoon and nearby reef. The home has its own private dock.
Centerpiece of the house is the large dining area open on all four sides to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well as the ever constant cooling breezes.
Style and casual elegance characterize the decor and ambience of Fuego Del Mar. Surrounded by all the modern conveniences, you’ll feel right at home while gazing out over the ever-changing blue of the Caribbean.
The great room is delightfully furnished using artisan antiques from Guatemala and Bali. It is equipped with satellite television, stereo with iPod connection, and DVD player.
Kitchen furnished with stainless steel Viking appliances, including an ice-maker.
Four bedrooms each containing a dressing area and bathroom.
Two guest bedrooms face the sea, with incredible views and a deck leading to the infinity pool, which sits on a cliff fronting the house and facing the Caribbean. Each has a private bath and air conditioning.
The 4th bedroom is in the Tower connected to the main house via a walkway. It has a queen-sized bed, two twins in a loft accessed by a ladder, lots of fun for younger folks. The Tower also has stunning views.
The Guava Suite
The suite contains one queen size bed and two twin sized beds to sleep a maximum of four. The suite features a full sized bathroom with stone shower and large dressing area. It also comes with three ceiling fans, a mini fridge, coffee maker, satellite TV, wireless internet and lock boxes. Housekeeping is provided three times a week.
The large private deck overlooks the gardens and soothing lily pond. It has two Adirondack chairs and a hammock for relaxed enjoyment of your morning coffee.
Price is an additional $300 per week for the Guava suite.
Infinity pool with a very large deck is equipped with loungers and pool floats.
Stainless steel grill is built-in and located outside on the pool deck.
Outdoor refrigerator is located on the pool deck for storing your cold drinks.
Generator A 40 KW generator is on-site but well away from the villa for use during power outages
Laundry room fully equipped with washer and dryer. Maid and personal laundry service is provided three times a week.
Internet : If you intend to use the internet while at Fuego Del Mar, please bring your own wi-fi enabled laptop. A conventional "phone" modem will not work in this location.
A small library of contemporary novels and an eclectic collection of music CDs are available for guests’ use.
A small home gym is available which includes an electric treadmill and weight tower.
Hardwood and terra-cotta floors throughout.
